Questions on Networks

Hi,

This post is about the predictable questions of Networks area based on june and december 2012 papers.

1. Questions on Protocols

Usually matching the protocols with its appropriate layers of OSI or TCP/IP model will be asked.

2. Questions on Classes of IP addresses.

Recent question papers take at least 1 question from the range values of IP address classes.

3.  Questions on Reference models

Questions come from OSI, TCP/IP and ATM models.

4. Questions from Cryptography

A problem may be given and ask you to compute the encrypted message or extract the original message. Last time, we had two questions: one questions was from RSA and one question was asked to find which technique is involved in the problem.
