Use DNS IP Addresses when you have poor net connectivity..

If your computer cannot open certain websites through any browser, or you are stuck up by slow net connection which delayed loading time of websites, you can opt for other DNS Servers which will boost up your net speed and enhance your browsing experience..

You can change your DNS IP addresses in Local Area Connection -> Properties -> Select TCP/IP ->Properties
